Yes — if a piece isn't as described, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll arrange a return and full refund. Buyer's remorse returns are handled case by case.

Absolutely — we're happy to photograph hallmarks, clasps, stones, or any detail you need. Just message us with the piece title.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes — if you purchase multiple pieces, send us a message on Etsy and we'll create a custom listing with combined shipping.
